A plein air oil painting in the process. I am painting a scene near the sight of the 1779 campaign of General Sullivan, where part of his army camped near a peach orchard here at this location in Hector, NY. In this painting I am looking down toward a road to Seneca Lake and the setting Sun on St. Patrick’s Day of 2012.
